Commission Information
The Maryland Business Tax Reform Commission has completed its work. The final report is currently in draft process and distributed to members for their comments. Once the report has been finalized it will be delivered to the Governor and General Assembly on Wednesday, December 15, 2010 and made available on the website during the close of business on the 15th.
